In 2009-2013, Île-de-France Region and the Hanoi People’s Committee are working to complete a series of pilot projects that come under Ecotrans 2, the Hanoi Public Transport Improvement Programme. This programme also has a number of parallel, complementary initiatives and components with German cooperation. The projects funded by Île-de-France Region are being implemented jointly on the ground by the IMV and its key partner TRAMOC (Hanoi Transport Management and Operation Centre).
